We build strong teams, working collaboratively across jurisdictions to ensure that our clients get not only the highest quality legal services, but the right complement of lawyers and professionals to suit their particular needs.

Our strength in the energy, financial services, real estate investment and finance, and retail and consumer products sectors are deep—so is our bench in the practices that matter most to the clients we serve. Whether we are advising on a deal in the renewable energy space, litigating a matter for a global bank or helping an entrepreneurial team finance a  new real estate investment, we approach each opportunity or challenge with a focus on the business context as well as the law.

It’s no surprise that many of our clients have been with us for decades. We’re proud of these longstanding relationships as well as the numerous accolades our lawyers receive.

But we don’t rest on our laurels.

We persist in forging strategic partnerships and breaking new ground. We were early to embrace flexible arrangements and staffing models. And we continue to apply legal project management principles to bring greater predictability to our matters.
