The Business Development Coordinator (BDC) assists the Business Development Managers and Practice Group Leaders with a wide range of initiatives, including client development efforts, proposals, development and maintenance of marketing materials, event coordination and follow-up efforts, surveys and rankings submissions, research, sponsorships, and data management. The BDC will work in conjunction with team members across Marketing to complete these duties and any additional support functions.
Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a professional services organization or equivalent corporate environment; Undergraduate degree required, with a focus in marketing, communications or related area preferred; Event execution experience strongly preferred; Flexibility to adjust work schedule according to workload demands or planned events including occasional off-site events; High level of attention to detail and meticulous follow-through; Ability to follow directions, multi-task, and work quickly within a framework where priorities often shift and/or conflict; A professional with excellent oral and written communication skills; Proficiency in MS Office software products including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
