This position supports the New Jersey, New York City, Albany and Westchester County and Delaware offices with a primary focus on NJ. The position is based in the New Jersey office and requires spending one day per week in the New York office.

Candidate must be a motivated self-starter, who is flexible, innovative, collaborative, resourceful and creative. The ability to think strategically and take ownership of projects, strong organization skills and attention to detail are essential. This candidate must be able to multi-task and prioritize as well as a strong client service orientation. This role requires working well in a team environment as well as independently.
Qualifications & Prior Experience
Bachelor's degree is required. The ideal candidate will have 4-7 years in marketing or business development. Experience at a law firm or other professional services firm is preferred. Candidates must also have a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint with excellent oral and written communications skills.
