Due to the Firm’s growth, a new role of Marketing Coordinator has been created. The Marketing Coordinator will provide support to foster ongoing growth and development in the various practices throughout the Firms’ offices and partner with individual attorneys to enhance their personal practice development.
· Undergraduate degree in marketing or related business course of study; 2-3 years business development experience in a law firm or other professional services firm; Extremely proficient with software solutions for website design and maintenance; Maintain marketing material ensuring the content is consistent and aligned to the Firm; Proficient with Microsoft Office applications specifically Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint; Manage attorney bios and update Firm website and other online sites; Partner with attorneys to identify relevant directories, guides and professional network websites for participation; Extremely detail oriented and an eye for accuracy; Develop a Firm marketing plan, practice marketing plan and individual attorney marketing plan; Identify opportunities and topics for media coverage; Professional demeanor; Stellar organization skills and demonstrated experience with managing multiple deadline driven tasks; Ability to quickly adapt to and learn new processes.
