Practice Group Marketing Coordinator, Transactional Practices
The Practice Group Marketing Coordinator is the communications lead for the Transactional Practices (Patent, Trademark and Copyright, and Regulatory). This role is responsible for creating and managing all aspects of practice-specific communications and communications strategy, including the planning, development, design, production, presentation, evaluation, and analysis of persuasive messages and materials across a variety of channels.

The Practice Group Marketing Coordinator (PGMC) leads the creation of communications and communications strategy for the Transactional Practices. The PGMC works with the Director of Business Development & Marketing to define the communications strategy for the Transactional Practices, and is responsible for executing the strategy. The PGMC handles a wide range of daily communications tasks, while also managing and leading longer-term communications projects. This role is involved with, and often leads, projects falling under marketing, business development, internal communications, PR, and social media monitoring and reports. The PGMC collaborates across other firm practice groups to ensure consistency in messaging, and to ensure alignment of communications strategies. 



Specific Requirements

Strong knowledge of marketing and client services as normally acquired through a Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a closely related field, or the equivalent experience. Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator+ and other Adobe products is required. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, WordPress, database management, SharePoint, HTML, CMS, and design software, along with the aptitude to continually expand this knowledge through ongoing learning. Experience in project management including establishing deadlines and project budgets, monitoring progress, and ensuring project deliverables are accurate, timely, and within given budget. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to proofread for contextual, grammatical, typographical, and spelling errors.
