The Senior Manager of Client Services is responsible for the development and implementation of the key account and cross-selling programs for the US. This is a new and important role for Dentons, as the firm continues to invest in the area of client satisfaction. Dentons seeks a driven, high-energy candidate, who can demonstrate progress to match client needs with lawyer talent, and the development of related services and best practices.
The Senior Manager of Client Services will help to identify client accounts that represent significant potential for cross-office and cross-practice growth and work collaboratively to develop comprehensive account plans designed to achieve growth goals and strategic account objectives. The senior manager will support the expansion of client relationships, identify areas of growth and opportunities and develop service offerings. In addition he/she is expected to work with the Chief Client Services Officer to lead initiatives in line with strategy and best practice, ensuring key objectives in the business plans are achieved.
