> Help identify and develop relations with key media.
> Draft and publish in-house marketing communications and participate in firm-wide marketing meetings with attorneys.
> Design and oversee production of advertisements and signage.
> Field and route prospective client communications to appropriate attorneys.
> Assist in tracking return-on-investment of firm marketing efforts.
> Follow-up with attorneys to ensure their effective participation at – and after -- marketing and business development events.

Reports to: Director of Marketing. But also works directly with managing partner and other firm leadership.
Experience: Four years or more of success on a law firm marketing or business development team.
Skills: Good candidates will have excellent oral communication and writing skills (i.e., no typos). Good candidates will write a persuasive cover letter with their application. Good candidates will be resourceful, patient, quick-learning multi-taskers who like to laugh sometimes. Good candidates will be willing to develop working relationships with (you guessed it) -- busy attorneys. Good candidates will be proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, InDesign, Photoshop and Expression Engine (or a similar CMS tool). Good candidates will pay fascistic attention to detail (and occasionally wake up at night trying to remember if there was a typo somewhere).
