Regional Marketing Coordinator
The Regional Marketing Coordinator role is a highly visible position providing support for marketing and business development opportunities initiated by the largest employment and labor law practice in the world. The position may be filled in Dallas, Houston or Atlanta.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Ensure internal and external regional and office firm events are executed within budget and reflect high standards in venue, service and food & beverage.
  • All regional and office marketing events are tracked and analyzed for ROI. Results and presented to department leadership with recommendations.
  • Ensures regional or office specific webinars are properly scheduled, presented and executed to the firm's standards.
  • Responsible for marketing collateral inventory and maintenance for all assigned offices.
  • Provide backup support to other RMCs when needed.
  • Responsible for tier 1 issue resolution of CRM content.


Specific Requirements

TECHNICAL SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:

  • Strong ability to multi-task and work independently while participating as a team member.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Work, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint. Strong proficiency in Interaction and Tikit system. Knowledge of Proposal Generator.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and execute all facets of firm events and sponsorships including onsite/location management of all events.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage all aspects of marketing and brand-related inquiries.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with outside vendors, staff and other dept.
